My daughter submitted a maintenance request on Jan 30 and the repairs have yet to be completed. They came home to find the kitchen ceiling light filling up with water due to a leak above. There was no action taken from maintenance until Feb 6, when the entire wet ceiling light fell from the ceiling and shattered on the floor. When maintenance finally did show up on Feb 6, they cut a massive hole in the ceiling and left a giant dehumidifier running. A month later they finally came back to patch the hole. They left all their tools, the dehumidifier, and wires hanging from the ceiling. In other words, almost 3 months later, the repairs have not been completed. As a result of the dehumidifier running, the utility bill for this 2 bedroom apartment is over $300!!!!! In addition to this chaos, my daughter received a letter regarding renovations that are to be completed next week. She has been given specific instructions for each day of the week regarding removal of all her belongings so the renovation can be completed each day. She literally has to clean out the cabinets, remove all wall hangings, counters, closet, EVERYTHING so renovations can be done. This is ridiculous, These apartments are vacant for 3 weeks at the end of summer before classes start - why would the renovations not be done during that time. This is very stressful for those studying and working. The other complaint I have is that her mailing address is incorrect on her lease and her mail has been delivered to the opposite side of the street which caused more chaos. We have requested compensation and are waiting to hear back.
We have been very disappointed with this apartment. The location is convenient and parking is fine with a monthly parking fee. However, the utilities are outrageous and maintenance is lacking.

Terrible experience since new management took over
This place was a decent college home for my daughter before new management took over. Now, maintenance is needed, they sent men with no identification who will just walk into the apartment without stating that they’re maintenance or calling ahead of time even though you ask them too. Then, they don’t fix the issues and later it is blamed on the recent renovations and that the general contractor needs to take care of it. 4 months of a broken toilet. They’ve also recently switched to keyless entry to all apartments and the app often does not work. We’ve asked for a key fob and even said we’d pay for it and still can’t get one. Meanwhile, my daughter has been locked out of her apartment several times due to the app malfunctioning. Justin the Tony have both been spoken to about this several times and it was even admitted that several people are having this same issue. We’re told there will be resolution or a call back and then we never hear back. There are plenty of better places in Lexington for your student to live.

Stay away Horrible!!!!!!
Maintenance never comes and if they do they leave with the initial problem worse than when it started! ROACH infestation!!!! Horrible office management who will give you the run around about EVERYTHING. privacy gates never work and so much more just stay away. cheap rent is not worth the hassle you receive on MOVE IN day and forward.

Highly discourage living here
I have lived here for 2 years now and there has not been 1 maintenance request that has been “fixed” in under 3 weeks. New management at the apartment pushes all resident problems and complaints to the side.

highly discourage this apartment complex
Among other things, this is the worst company to rent from. Save your energy.. They make everything so hard, always giving you the loop around. Moving out was a pain because they nickel and dime for everything, The amenities are ok but the apartment itself is run down and needs many updates. The 2B2B rooms are small, overpriced, and not super user-friendly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
