I've been a resident here at Barrel Oaks for 3 + years. I've really enjoy living here. There are some good tenants that are friendly and do anything for you. The staff here is good people. They will work with you if you run into any problems. The maintenance crew is always there for you. You call for a maintenance order and they are right on it. Thanks to everyone

Come and see for yourself. It’s clean, quiet, peaceful, and up to date. The management is helpful. I love living here. The location is super convenient. Only one flaw is the heating/air system and that’s not managements fault, they deal with it too. Check us out and you’ll love it here!

The people up front are a 10/10 and they are so helpful to all of your needs. They’ve really turned barrel oaks around. They have put good work into the apartment, the courtyard is very nice and clean. Can’t wait for the pool to open back up next summer.
