AVAILABLE FEBRUARY 15TH, 2026. This apartment is part of a large historic house in the Aylesford neighborhood at the corner of Euclid Ave.  This unit has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchenette.  10 ft. ceilings... and wood floors.  There is a large covered porch for your use.  Parking is in the well lighted lot which is entered from Euclid Ave.  Coin operated washer & dryer in the secure basement room is only $1.00 per load to cover the extra water and electric.

Location is across from the UK Singletary Center for the Arts.  It is rare for us to include utilities in our units but this house has the original old hot water boiler system which produces the nicest heat available through the radiators under each window.  We provide you with a window air conditioner for the summer months but you don't need much due to the 10 ft. ceilings and ceiling fan.
For the safety and security of all residents we have established a policy that you must be either a student, or faculty or staff member at UK with a need to be close to the university to be able to reside in these units.
